Alignment Healthcare (ALHC) has appointed John Kao as chairman of the board, in addition to his current role as chief executive, the company said late Tuesday.
The company also named Shane Hochradel as chief operations officer.
Hochradel most recently worked at Elevance Health (ELV), Alignment Healthcare said.
