Nebius' Premium Valuation Could Limit Short-Term Upside -- Market Talk

Dow Jones05-19 02:26

1426 ET - Nebius has more than doubled since the beginning of the year, which may cap upside in the short term, according to D.A. Davidson in a note. So the firm is "taking a breather," analyst Gil Luria says downgrading shares to neutral, while also saying that shares deserve their current premium valuation. "From flying completely under the radar, Nebius has deservedly become a staple of the AI trade," Luria says, adding that the company has been the best in executing public AI cloud, with a balanced approach to customer size and duration. Nebius sinks 12% to $193.61. (connor.hart@wsj.com)
