1358 ET - FCC Chair Brendan Carr says on CNBC that the regulatory body hasn't made a decision on the findings so far from its DEI investigation into Disney. But he says that there is evidence coming to light that suggests the company may have discriminated based on race and gender via DEI policies. "This is an investigation where we will follow it wherever the facts take us," he says, adding that the FCC will decide whether to renew the company's broadcast licenses or order a hearing to evaluate the company's renewals. Disney is currently producing documents and will have the opportunity to make its case, Carr says. (nicholas.miller@wsj.com)
