Flagstar Bank (FLG) extended Chief Executive Joseph Otting's employment agreement through March 2028 as part of a broader executive leadership reshuffle, the company said on Monday.
The bank named Richard Raffetto and Lee Smith as co-presidents and co-chief operating officers, effective immediately, with expanded responsibilities across operational and strategic functions.
Flagstar also named Bao Nguyen chief legal officer and chief operating officer for consumer and retail banking.
