Venture Corp. (SGX:V03) issued and allotted 6,500 share awards at SG$17.59 per share under its 2015 Executives' Share Option Scheme, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Monday.
Trading in the new shares commenced on the same day, the filing said.
