Dominion Energy (D): The utility company is in talks to be acquired by NextEra Energy $(NEE)$ in what would be one of the largest deals of the year. Dominion shares climbed 12% premarket, while NextEra's edged lower. The deal could come as soon as today, The Wall Street Journal reported.
UnitedHealth Group $(UNH)$: The health insurer's stock dropped 5% premarket after Berkshire Hathaway disclosed late on Friday it eliminated its stake in the company. Berkshire also said it bought shares of Delta $(DAL)$ and Macy's (M) last quarter, helping propel the companies' stocks higher before the bell.
Regeneron $(REGN)$: Shares of the biotech company slid more than 10% premarket after it said late on Friday that a late-stage clinical trial for a melanoma treatment failed to meet its goals.
Ryanair (IE:RYA): The Irish budget airline's stock fell more than 3% after it warned the war in the Middle East is driving up fuel costs and weighing on fares as customers delay booking trips.
