MN (KLSE:MNHLDG) unit MN Utilities Engineering secured a letter of award worth 83.5 million ringgit to build a 275 kilovolt consumer landing station for a data centre project in southern Peninsular Malaysia, according to a Friday Malaysian bourse filing.
Shares gained over 3% in Monday's midday trade.
The work involved covers the design, building, provision, fitting, testing, and operational startup of a facility for a data hosting and processing company.
The project is scheduled to run from May 11, 2026, to January 31, 2027, and is expected to contribute positively to future earnings and net assets, the filing said.
