CITIC Securities' (SHA:600030, HKG:6030) indirect unit, CSI MTN, will receive guarantees for overseas bonds it issued, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Saturday.
The financial services provider's Hong Kong shares fell 2% during Monday's afternoon trade.
CSI MTN, the company's bond-issuing vehicle for offshore debt financing, issued medium-term bonds worth $35 million and HK$100 million.
The bonds are part of a medium-term bond program that was launched on March 29,2022.
