President Trump Withdraws IRS, Treasury Lawsuit

President Donald Trump, his two eldest sons and the Trump Organization withdrew their lawsuit against the Internal Revenue Service and the US Department of the Treasury, according to a filing in federal court in Miami on Monday.

The filing said the plaintiffs voluntarily dismissed the lawsuit "with prejudice."

The filing further stated that the Internal Revenue Service and the US Department of the Treasury had neither filed an answer nor moved for summary judgment in the case.

The lawsuit sought at least $10 billion in damages, according to media reports
