Lindian Resources (ASX:LIN) received notice that UBS Group and its affiliated entities became substantial holders of the company on May 13, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
The financial services firm and its affiliates now owns 92.2 million shares in the company, representing a 5.04% total voting power, the filing said.
