Lincoln International Prices $421 Million Initial Public Offering

Lincoln International (LCLN) priced its initial public offering of 21,049,988 class A common shares at $20 apiece, the investment banking advisory firm said late Tuesday.

IPO underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase 3,157,498 additional shares.

The company expects its shares to start trading on the New York Stock Exchange LCLN Wednesday, while the IPO is expected to close Thursday.
