Ichiken's (TYO:1847) profit attributable to owners of the parent jumped 37% to 6.41 billion yen for the fiscal year 2025 from 4.68 billion yen a year earlier.
The construction company's earnings per share increased to 439.83 yen from 321.19 yen a year ago, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Monday.
Net sales rose 7.2% to 106.2 billion yen for the year ended March 31 from about 99 billion yen in the prior year.
It declared a final dividend of 165 yen per share, payable from June 26.
For the fiscal year 2026, the company expects attributable profit of 5.6 billion yen, basic EPS of 385.74 yen, and net sales of 108 billion yen.
Ichiken plans to pay interim and year-end dividends of 35 yen and 90 yen per share, respectively.
