Falcon Metals (ASX:FAL) received assays for diamond drilling holes, with all associated wedge holes on these sections, at its Blue Moon gold project in Victoria, intersecting consistent mineralization in the shallow Morning Glory zone, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.
It hit intercepts in the Morning Glory zone of 0.9 meters at 6.5 grams per tonne grade of gold from 42.5 meters and 0.6 meters at 9.7 g/t grade of gold from 52 meters.
Trace visible gold was intersected in the northern step-out hole at the Lotus Zone, which has the potential to more than double strike extent to 600 meters.
Its shares rose 1% in recent trading on Tuesday.
