Tenable (TENB) launched Wednesday a new agentic artificial intelligence engine designed to help companies automate cybersecurity risk detection and remediation across enterprise systems.
The Tenable Hexa AI tool inside the company's Tenable One Exposure Management Platform is aimed at reducing the time between identifying vulnerabilities and fixing them, the company said.
Tenable said Hexa AI uses advanced multi-step reasoning and supports custom AI agents and workflows that can automate security tasks such as ticket creation, policy generation and audit reporting.
The company said the new platform can integrate directly with existing security and IT tools, allowing organizations to automate workflows from vulnerability discovery through remediation.
Shares of Tenable were up around 3% in premarket activity Wednesday.
