Coliwoo's (SGX:W8W) adjusted profit attributable to shareholders rose 14% during the fiscal first half ended March 31 to SG$8.6 million from SG$7.6 million a year earlier, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Shares of the co-living spaces provider were up over 1% in Tuesday trading.
Earnings per share stood at SG$0.028.
Revenue jumped 17% year over year to SG$26.9 million from SG$23.1 million, backed by a slight uptick in average occupancy by 0.2% to 97% from 96.8%.
