AllianceBernstein (AB), Brookfield Asset Management (BAM) and Carlyle (CG) launched a private-markets investment solution for defined contribution retirement plans, the companies said Wednesday.
The ABC [ONE] solution will provide private market exposure alongside existing target-date fund or managed-account offerings within qualified default investment alternatives, according to the companies.
AllianceBernstein will manage allocations across the three private market asset components, while Brookfield Asset Management will manage the private real assets component, and Carlyle will manage the private equity investments, the companies said.
Thee platform dynamically adjusts allocations to private assets based on participants' retirement stages, according to the companies.
