Komeri Declares Higher Full-Year Dividend

Komeri (TYO:8218) declared a year-end dividend of 28 yen per share for the fiscal year ended March 31, matching earlier forecasts and also higher than the 27 yen paid a year ago.

The home center chain owner's total dividend payment amounts to 1.32 billion yen, payable from retained earnings on June 26, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Tuesday.

The company's basic policy targets a progressive dividend.

For the fiscal year ending March 31, 2027, Komeri forecasts full-year dividends of 56 yen per share, consisting of an interim dividend of 28 yen and a year-end dividend of 28 yen.
