Smart Powerr (CREG) said Tuesday that it has struck a deal to sell about $2 million of its shares at $0.45 per share to some investors in a direct offering.
The stock closed at $0.6224 on Monday.
The transaction, with Univest Securities as placement agent, is expected to close May 20, the firm said.
Shares were down about 28% in afternoon trading.
