Bank of China Lists $500 Million Bonds on Hong Kong Bourse

Bank of China (SHA:601988, HKG:3988) issued and listed floating-rate medium-term bonds worth $500 million due 2029 on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, according to a Monday filing on the Hong Kong bourse.

Both the lender's Shanghai and Hong Kong stocks rose less than 2% during the morning trade.

The bonds are part of the company's $40 billion medium-term bond program.
