Grace Fabric Technology (SHA:603256) applied to list its H-shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's Main Board.
Grace noted the listing remains subject to approvals from Chinese and Hong Kong regulators, according to a Monday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
Shares of the glass fabric products company declined 1% in recent trade.
