MT Newswires Live05-19

Bank of America (BAC) and Lazard (LAZ) are advising the owners of Fraikin Group on a potential sale that could value the French truck rental firm at up to 3 billion euros ($3.49 billion), Bloomberg reported Tuesday, citing people with knowledge of the matter.

Talks remain at an early stage, and the owners could still decide to retain the company, sources told Bloomberg.

Bank of America, Lazard and Fraikin did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' requests for comment.
