Aduro Clean Technologies (ADUR) said Tuesday it received conditional approval to list its common shares on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
Final authorization requires the business to fulfill all exchange conditions and submit the required documentation, the company said.
The company plans to delist its stock from the Canadian Securities Exchange upon confirming the new trading date without changing its ticker or identification numbers, it said.
