Market Chatter: SpaceX Reportedly Selects Goldman Sachs for Lead Left Position on IPO

MT Newswires Live15:37

Elon Musk's SpaceX has chosen Goldman Sachs (GS) for a lead left position on its initial public offering prospectus, CNBC reported Tuesday, citing people familiar with the matter.

Morgan Stanley (MS), Bank of America (BAC), Citigroup (C), and JPMorgan Chase (JPM) will follow on the prospectus, which could be made public as early as Wednesday, the news outlet quoted the people as saying.

The reusable rocket firm filed confidentially with the Securities and Exchange Commission last month, according to the report.

SpaceX, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Bank of America, Citigroup, and JPMorgan Chase did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
