Taiheiyo Cement (TYO:5233) will distribute a year-end dividend of 50 yen per share for the fiscal year 2026, matching earlier forecasts and also higher than the 40 yen paid a year ago.
The total dividend payment amounts to 5.59 billion yen, payable from retained earnings on June 29, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Tuesday.
The company's basic policy regarding profit distribution is to maintain stable dividends while considering the business environment and performance.
For the fiscal year 2027, Taiheiyo Cement forecasts full-year dividends of 100 yen per share, consisting of an interim dividend of 50 yen and a year-end dividend of 50 yen.
