Topscore Fashion (SHA:603608) sold an office space to an individual purchaser for 2.7 million yuan, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
The office space, located in the Chengdu High-tech Zone, has an area of 203.21 square meters and was sold at 13,286.75 yuan per square meter.
