Check Point Software Launches Agentic Network Security Platform, Acquires Deepchecks Team

Check Point Software Technologies (CHKP) said Tuesday it launched an autonomous agent architecture for enterprise network security operations without constant human intervention.

The company said its agentic network security orchestration platform is built around its Network Knowledge Graph, a live, relational model of the customer's actual environment that is being continuously updated with real-time data.

To accelerate the execution of the agentic platform roadmap, Check Point said it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the Deepchecks team and intellectual property.

The Deepchecks platform unifies evaluation, observability, testing, and monitoring, giving teams the visibility and control needed to trust agents in production. the company said.

Shares of Check Point were up more than 1% in Tuesday trading.
