NEW YORK, May 19, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of S&P Global $(SPGI)$ has approved a cash dividend on the Company's common stock for the second quarter of 2026. The dividend of $0.97 is payable on June 10, 2026, to shareholders of record on May 29, 2026. The annualized dividend rate is $3.88 per share.

The Company has paid a dividend each year since 1937 and is one of fewer than 30 companies in the S&P 500$(R)$ that has increased its dividend annually for more than 50 years.
