Stellantis is set to form a joint venture with Dongfeng Motor (HKG:0489) and manufacture at least one fully electric Voyah (HKG:7489) model at its Rennes plant in France, Reuters reported Tuesday, citing two people familiar with the matter.

Under a letter of intent signed by the companies, Stellantis would hold a 51% stake in the venture, according to the report.

The agreement could be announced as early as Wednesday morning, the report said.
