Lesi Group (HKG:2540) is looking to raise HK$70 million via a stock offering, according to a Friday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
The firm is seeking investors for 100 million shares priced at HK$0.70 each to raise funds to expand its business and technological capabilities.
The shares represent 20% of the company's issued share capital and around 16.67% as enlarged by the offering.
The mobile ad services firm's shares gained over 28% in mid-morning trade Friday.
