Aimei Health Technology (AFJK) said Wednesday it received a notice from Nasdaq on May 19 over a delay in filing its quarterly report for the period ended March 31, putting it out of compliance with listing requirements.
The company said the notice has no immediate impact on the trading or listing of its shares. Under Nasdaq rules, Aimei has 60 days to file the report or submit a plan to regain compliance, and said it is working to complete the filing.
