Nuix (ASX:NXL) said the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) appealed the Federal Court's dismissal of a disclosure obligations case the regulator had brought against the company, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
The court in April dismissed the regulator's claim that Nuix made misleading or deceptive financial guidance disclosures to the market in 2021.
Nuix said it will contest the appeal when it is heard by the full Federal Court.
