Banzai International Shares Gain on Distributor Deal

Shares of Banzai International advanced after the company said it reached a deal to sell marketing and video products through the distributor Ingram Micro.

The stock was up 12% to $3.97 in trading after hours on Wednesday. Shares closed the day down 7.1% at $3.54, and touched a 52-week low $3.24 during the market session.

For the year shares have plunged 82%.

The company said its OpenReel and Demio products will become available to Ingram Micro's ecosystem of channel partners in the U.S.

The alliance will allow more enterprise customers interested in AI-powered video production tools to adopt both OpenReel and Demio, Banzai said.
