Yasuda Logistics (TYO:9324) will dispose of 3.1 million common shares it holds in Hulic (TYO:3003) as part of the latter's secondary offering of shares in international markets, according to a Thursday filing with the Tokyo Exchange.
The disposal is part of the logistics company's Vision 2030 strategy to maintain financial position and enhance shareholder return.
