Many Peaks Minerals (ASX:MPK) completed a AU$27.5 million equity raise from new and existing investors to fund growth across its project portfolio in Côte d'Ivoire, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company said it received firm commitments for about 30.6 million new ordinary shares at an issue price of AU$0.90 each.
Directors subscribed for AU$800,000 under the placement, subject to shareholder approval.
