Freshpet (FRPT) approved a plan for the buyback of up to $150 million of its common shares, the company said Thursday.
The buyback approval is effective immediately and does not have a fixed expiration date, Freshpet added.
The company's shares were nearly 2% higher in Thursday premarket activity.
