Nordson (NDSN) reported fiscal Q2 adjusted earnings late Wednesday of $2.86 per diluted share, up from $2.42 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected $2.82.
Revenue for the three months ended April 30 was $740.8 million, up from $682.9 million a year earlier.
Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $728.8 million.
The company expects fiscal Q3 adjusted EPS of $2.95 to $3.15 on revenue of $760 million to $790 million. Analysts expect $3.04 and $766.7 million, respectively.
Nordson raised its fiscal 2026 guidance and now expects adjusted EPS of $11.30 to $11.80 on revenue of $2.93 billion to $3.01 billion, compared with the prior forecast of adjusted EPS of $11.00 to $11.60 on revenue of $2.86 billion to $2.98 billion.
Analysts expect $11.43 and $2.95 billion, respectively.
