Ardiden (ASX:ADV) shareholders approved a proposal to change the company's name to Lac Gold, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company said it has launched formal regulatory processes to implement the name change and its proposed "LAC" ticker.
Ardiden shares were down 10% in recent Thursday trade.
