0446 GMT - Parkway Life Real Estate Investment Trust's distribution per unit growth could accelerate if the REIT switches to a revenue-sharing formula, says DBS Group Research's Derek Tan in a note. The REIT currently has an inflation-linked rental structure but the analyst anticipates a potential change after one of its core Singapore hospitals completes its enhancements. The increased bed capacity and capability upgrades at the hospital should support stronger revenue generation per bed, he adds. The analyst estimates DPU could rise by 5%-10% in 2027 if this hospital's bed occupancy ramps up to around 50%-70%.DBS maintains its buy rating and S$4.75 target price. Units drop 0.75% to S$3.99.
