Tokyo Kiraboshi Financial Group to Receive 8 Billion Yen Dividend from Subsidiary for UI Bank Capital Increase

MT Newswires Live05-27

Tokyo Kiraboshi Financial Group (TYO:7173) will receive a dividend of 8 billion yen from its consolidated subsidiary, Kiraboshi Bank, on June 1, to help fund a capital increase of UI Bank.

The dividend will be recorded as operating income in the company's non-consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2027, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Wednesday.

However, because the dividend originates from a consolidated subsidiary, it will have no impact on the Group's consolidated financial results for the same period.

The disclosure was made as the event requires submission of an extraordinary report under Japan's Financial Instruments and Exchange Act.
