Salesforce Lays Out AI Monetization Strategy -- Market Talk

1821 ET - Salesforce is implementing multiple strategies to try to make more money from its AI products, Chief Revenue Officer Miguel Milano tells analysts. The company is upgrading existing customers to premium-level subscriptions, and finding potential customers that are showing interest in the products. One of the biggest drivers, Milano says, is Salesforce's products that help other companies build their own AI chatbots. Salesforce sells flex credits, where companies buy credits that they then spend each time a user engages with their chatbots. Milano says six out of Salesforce's top 10 deals included flex credits.
