CPI Aerostructures Secures Follow-On Assembly Contract From Northrop Grumman

CPI Aerostructures (CVU) said Tuesday its Welding Metallurgy unit reached an agreement to supply follow-on welded structure assemblies to Northrop Grumman (NOC).

The segment will manufacture more than 20 complex welded assemblies to support the production of the E-2D Advanced Hawkeye aircraft, the company said.

Deliveries for the early warning command and control planes are scheduled to continue through 2028, CPI Aerostructures said.

Shares of CPI Aerostructures were up 4.1% in Tuesday trading.
