Honeywell International's (HON) Quantinuum plans to raise as much as $1.05 billion through an initial public offering of about 21.1 million shares priced between $45 and $50 apiece, the quantum computing company said in a Tuesday filing.
The Colorado-based company plans to list on the Nasdaq under the ticker "QNT."
Quantinuum was formed in 2021 through the combination of Honeywell's quantum business and Cambridge Quantum.
