TransThera Sciences (Nanjing) (HKG:2617) said it completed a HK$156.6 million share offering, according to a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
The drugmaker's shares fell over 5% in late morning trade Thursday.
The company sold 3.8 million shares priced at HK$40.83 each to raise funds for the development of new indications for its core product, tinengotinib.
The shares represent 1.23% of the company's existing H shares and 0.94% of its enlarged share capital.
