Nano Dimension Says Murchinson Trying to Take Control of Company

Dow Jones05-26

Nano Dimension said that activist investor Murchinson is trying to gain control of the company without paying shareholders a premium.

Earlier this month, Murchinson submitted a filing calling for Nano Dimension to hold a special shareholder meeting and provide for new director elections.

Nano said Murchinson is seeking to replace three of the company's five directors, including two directors originally nominated by Murchinson in prior proxy contests and the company's chief executive.

"The Board is rejecting this latest attempt by Murchinson to seize control of the Company through disruption and pressure tactics," Nano said.
