China Isotope & Radiation (HKG:1763) proposed appointing ShineWing Certified Public Accountants as its auditor for the financial year ending Dec. 31, according to a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing.
Shinewing HK CPA, the company's current auditor, will not seek reappointment upon the expiration of its term at the conclusion of the company's 2025 annual general meeting.
