Nano Nuclear Energy Shares Up After Acquisition of Nuclear Fuel Transport Company

Nano Nuclear Energy shares advanced after the company acquired Secured Transportation Services in a deal worth up to $13 million.

Shares of the nuclear micro modular reactor and technology company rose 13% to $29.98 on Tuesday. Shares are up 25% year to date.

Nano Nuclear Energy said Tuesday it had acquired Secured Transportation Services, a U.S.-based nuclear logistics, transportation and services company specializing in the secure transport of radioactive and nuclear materials. The company said the acquisition, which consisted of $6 million in cash and $7 million in stock, advances its evolution into a vertically integrated nuclear energy company by giving it fuel transportation capabilities.

Nano Nuclear said Secured Transportation Services generated a profit of about $1.3 million in the twelve months ended Dec. 31, 2025.
