ChainCatcher 消息，据《财富》杂志报道，马斯克密友、Valor Equity Partners 创始人 Antonio Gracias 或将因 SpaceX IPO 获得超千亿美元财富。
据悉，Valor 合计持有超过 5 亿股 SpaceX 公司 A 类股票，若 SpaceX 以市场传闻中的 1.75 万亿至 2 万亿美元估值上市，其持股价值或达 900 亿至 1400 亿美元。
与此同时，SpaceX 与 Valor 之间约 200 亿美元的关联交易也引发公司治理争议，文件显示 SpaceX 旗下 xAI 相关子公司曾与 Valor 签署三项 GPU 基础设施租赁协议且均由 SpaceX 提供付款担保。审计机构普华永道（PwC）认为该交易实质更接近贷款，而非正常售后回租，因此要求将约 90 亿美元相关债务计入 SpaceX 资产负债表。
