Ecopetrol Delays CEO's Unpaid Leave Following Medical Notice

Ecopetrol (EC) said Thursday its board has postponed the start date of the previously announced unpaid leave of Chief Executive Officer Ricardo Roa Barragan.

The 30-day leave will now begin on June 27, after Barragan completes a 30-day medical leave notified on Tuesday, the company said.

Juan Carlos Hurtado Parra will continue in his role as acting CEO, Ecopetrol said.
