Enlight Renewable Energy (ENLT) signed a 15-year power purchase agreement to supply Alphabet's (GOOG, GOOGL) Google with solar electricity in Oklahoma, the renewable energy developer said Tuesday.
Financial details weren't provided.
Enlight's US subsidiary will deliver 200 megawatts of energy from the Solstice project to support Google's data center operations in the region, the company said.
Construction of the solar site is scheduled to begin in 2028, ahead of targeted commercial operations the following year, Enlight said.
Shares of the company were up 8.8% in Tuesday premarket activity.
