Acrophyte Hospitality Trust (SGX:XZL) strategic review and discussions over a potential transaction related to its securities is currently ongoing, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The trust's managers add that there is no certainty whether the discussions will lead to a transactin.
